Context
Access control, visitor entry, and attendance lived in separate products. Work-hour calculations were rebuilt in spreadsheets for payroll and supervisors. Mobile entry had been patched on without a coherent credential model.
The organization needed one system for access events, QR/mobile entry, attendance rules, work-hour calculation, and operational reporting.
The Problem
