Context
A discrete manufacturer coordinated production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance across separate tools and spreadsheets. ERP held commercial and inventory truth, but the plant floor ran on delayed exports and local status boards.
Leadership needed a MES/MOM platform that could integrate with ERP, reflect actual production state, and be introduced in phases so lines could keep running.

Rolled out by area with dual-run periods so operations were never dependent on an unverified switch.
The Outcome
The plant operates on a single operational platform for production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance, with ERP remaining the commercial system of record and clearer ownership of shop-floor data.
